Last Monday 11 March as part of the path group myself (Maureen), Christine and Rosanna went to see the film ‘The Hole in the Ground’. I was looking forward to seeing it as I heard it was a good horror film. I myself wouldn’t describe it as such.
It wasn’t a bad thriller but the action scenes were disappointing as were the special effects. I have to say as a thriller it was a good Irish film. I wouldn’t go out of my way to recommend it as a horror film but if you have an open mind and you’re not expecting gore then you will probably enjoy it.
